Terms of Service - GuestRise

1. Acceptance

By creating a GuestRise account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GuestRise.

2. The service

GuestRise helps boutique short-term rental operators generate ad creative and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns and leads. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for the accuracy of property information you provide.

4. Meta integration

When you connect a Meta account, you authorize GuestRise to manage ad campaigns and read leads on your behalf within the scopes you grant. You can disconnect at any time from Settings.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use GuestRise to publish misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful advertising, or to violate Meta's advertising policies.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer & liability

GuestRise is provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
