Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, company name.
• Property data: names, descriptions, photos you upload.
• Meta integration data: ad account ID, page ID, and an access token used only to manage your campaigns and retrieve leads you authorize.
• Lead data: name, email, phone, and message submitted by people who fill out your Meta lead forms.

How we use it

To run the service: generate ad copy, push campaigns to Meta on your behalf, and store the leads your campaigns produce. We do not sell your data and do not use lead data to train AI models.

AI processing

Ad copy is generated by Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini). Only the property details you enter are sent. No lead data.

Storage & security

Data is stored on Lovable Cloud (Supabase / Postgres) with Row-Level Security so each operator can only access their own records. Access tokens are stored in the database and only used server-side.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time by emailing support@getguestrise.com. Disconnecting Meta in Settings revokes our access token.

Lead data & your guests

You are the data controller for leads collected through your campaigns. You must have a privacy policy linked from your Meta lead form and honor deletion requests from your leads.
